Workforce Management Lead (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

We are looking for a motivated, creative and data-driven colleague for our Berlin site, acting as a Workforce Manager (m/f/d). Your daily tasks are, but not limited to:

  • Taking over responsibility of  the WFM Cycle for the Site (Forecasting - Capacity Planning – Scheduling – Real time Management)
  • Leading and supervising our team of scheduling and real-time specialists
  • Ensuring all accounts´/clients´ goals are met by analyzing work volume variances to forecast and proactively providing direction to adjust scheduling/staffing levels accordingly
  • Adjusting schedule to forecast according to internal and client’s requirements
  • Ensuring the overall site KPI optimization
  • Creating, analyzing and optimizing WFM Processes
  • Taking responsibility for daily analysis of deviations and risks
  • Regular client meetings representing Majorel’s WFM topics
  • Potentially taking over the global WFM management for a client with multiple locations around the world

 

Your profile:

  • Commercial education, successfully completed bachelor's or master's studies with a focus on economics, business or mathematics
  • Very good English skills (min. B2), German skills preferred but not mandatory
  • Ideally, 2-3 years experience in WFM
  • Very good numerical reasoning and analytical thinking
  • Analytical, structured way of working and a high degree of initiative
  • Shares relevant information openly; encourages and engages in open dialogue
  • Takes a clear position and strives to resolve conflicts productively
  • Fosters collaboration across organizational and cultural boundaries
  • Team orientation, high interpersonal skills and personal commitment
  • Very good knowledge of computers and applications (e.g. Analytical tools, Power BI, MS Office, especially Excel)
