Recruiter (m/f/d)

A great team starts with attracting the right talents! We are looking for a motivated and committed Recruiter (m/f/d) to help us expand our project while delivering a great candidate experience throughout the whole process. 

Your profile:

  •           You have a commercial qualification related to HR (HR specialist or similar) and relevant work experience or a degree in economics, social sciences or law
  •           Very good PC skills, especially MS Word and Excel and confidence in handling applicant management systems
  •           Very good communication skills (written and spoken) both in German and English
  •           Experience in the field of personnel selection and in dealing with personnel service providers is desirable
  •           High sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills and an independent way of working
  •           Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident manner
  •           You are extremely loyal and discreet
  •           Experience in the conception and implementation of personnel marketing measures as well as knowledge of applicant and labor markets is an advantage
  •           Basic knowledge of HR management, payroll accounting or labor law is also welcomed
  •           You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of time, resilience and the ability to work in a team

Your challenges and tasks:

  •           Recruitment of great talents that match our company culture is your main task
  •           Own the full-cycle of the recruitment process: create job postings, processing application documents, selecting candidates, providing feedbacks, extending job offers, ensure support throughout the hiring procedure etc.
  •           You are the contact person for our applicants and employees, as well as for internal and external partners (recruitment agencies, Hiring Managers and Works Councils, etc.) particularly in connection with recruitment and selection processes
  •           Organize and carry out company personnel selection procedures, personnel marketing and recruiting measures
  •           Take responsibility for mastering data maintenance in various systems and the preparation of statistics/reporting and reports in the relevant area of responsibility
  •           Launch Personnel development initiatives, including conception, organization and implementation of tools
