Job summary
The Regional Account Wellness Lead is responsible for the constant improvement & smooth application of the client-specific global wellness program for local teams in the APAC and Americas regions, who support sensitive social media content review and moderation. In order to provide best-in-class service, the coordinator collects, analyzes, maintains, and presents qualitative and quantitative data to internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.
Main responsibilities
- Support the Global Account Wellness Leader in the development, implementation, and coordination of a best-in-class Wellbeing & Resiliency framework.
- Provide continuous improvement to the program with new insights gathered from industry research on global Wellbeing & Resiliency practices.
- Work with and consolidate multiple data sources in varying formats (surveys, feedback forms, focus groups, hard numbers, qualitative and quantitative data, etc.).
- Drive conclusions and effective actions, and successfully present findings to internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.
- Cooperate with various teams within the account (Client Management, Operations, HR, Workforce Management) to support the deployment of large-scale Wellbeing & Resiliency initiatives to local teams while tailoring practices according to culturally sensitive standards.
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time based on growing business requirements.
The role might require international travelling up to 10% of total work time.
Competencies & professional background
Background:
- Master's degree in clinical psychology or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in relevant field in global operations
- High level of experience in Global Project Management in large scales.
- Highly skilled in agile/lean way of working while creating best-in-class employee support programs.
- Expert level in collecting and presenting employee experience and wellness data to global audience and industry leaders.
Soft Skills:
- Independent working style and high commitment. Ability to lead a global project with various stakeholders.
- Experience in a client-facing operational position focused on Employee engagement, Wellness, L&D or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (business fluent)
- Having the drive to realize objectives and combine various goals as a personal ambition.
- Great ability of thinking outside set paths and able to produce several solutions to different situations.
- Inspiring talent in stakeholder management and overall communication.
- Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
