We are looking for a Trainer to join our team in Zagreb. You will be working for our one of the biggest clients. If you have excellent English and German language skills (verbal and written), strong communication and administration skills, attentiveness, positive attitude, and relevant permit to work in Croatia then this job might be for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivering new hire training and official up-trainings to all support staff
  • Attending TtT (Train the Trainer) sessions with the client, contact person for client concerning training issues
  • Providing weekly feedback on progress of new hire trainings to the Quality & Training Manager and Operations Manager
  • Developing and delivering program specific and related training curriculum and modules to address training needs identified
  • With the assistance of the Training & Quality Manager, creating tests and procedures to measure success of conducted training
  • Tracking work results of agents during training to show the class performance
  • Creating action plans if there is a sustained low performance of agents
  • Assisting in defining and streamlining Training procedures and communication with the Quality Manager, Operations Manager & Supervisors
  • Identifying improvement needs in Training & Quality processes/procedures and support articles/handouts
  • Vocational adjustment of new trainers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Proven presentation skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of modern training methodologies is desired
  • Ability to lead a group of 12 trainees (or more) in a training class
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, on-line tools and processes
  • Proactive and customer service focused work attitude
  • Strong technical skills
  • Flexibility and ability to handle changes
  • Strong performance and disciplinary track record
