Job Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls, later answering vie e-mails
- Providing customer support in back office in financial sector
- Analyze KPIs and giving reports to Team Manager 

Job Requirements:

- German C1 (fluent, business level)
- English B1
- Completed vocational education or studies (independent of subject area)
- Financial service expertise desirable
- Showing passion for customer support
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong communication skills
