English Operations Team Leader

Job Description :

Familiar with serve countries' culture; interested in the clothing and fashion industry.

Have a good understanding in team planning, problem solving.

Can make improvement suggestions to the project from an objective point of view.

Have good spirit and consciousness of service, positively provide service to customers.

Clearly with goals, try best to achieve targets;

Responsible to work, positively finish all tasks, in a better shape.

Easy to accept all kinds of changes.

For example: Quickly adapt to any business changes, team framework adjustments; (Fast Typing, must perform fast typing test.

Able to continuously study job skills and improve work efficiency.

Cooperate with the other team members to complete the work.

Stakeholder Communication; internal and external

Maintain records/reports/trackers and prepare statistical reports as needed

Job Requirements:

Fluent English (C1) both written and spoken, along with understanding proficiency.

+6 Months experience in Majorel is a must

Cairo Resident

Very Good Presentation skills

Very Good team management

Very Good awareness of product knowledge

Very Good communication skills for knowledge transfer and skill development

Very good Problem-Solving skills

Very good Analytical skills

Good Leadership skills

Good Conflict Management and Handling skills

Good stakeholder management skills

Very good knowledge of Google Workspace. E.g., Google sheets, docs, slides. etc.

Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to adapt well to change and adjust priorities as needed

Experience in efficient coaching delivery.
