Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
Collect all the information from relevant stakeholders ( Client management, Sales, Business Solutions)and confirm
    the scope of work with clients to share it with the concerned departments.
initiate kick-off meetings internally with the concerned departments & externally with the clients.
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives& follow up with clients 
   during and after launching.
Provide feedback, recommendations, and project updates to the stakeholders & management.
Coordinate with the internal departments, for launching and major changes of the accounts.
Perform soft launching for each account before the project begins.
Ensure that all processes (existing, new) are meeting clients’ targets and requirements.
liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
Manage the resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise.
Ensure that concerned parties' complete tasks according to the project plan.
Prepare progress reports for stakeholders & management.
Manage deadlines and push the concerned parties to ensure timeliness.
Track the performance of the team and create an action plan & alternative plans.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Review and send the team’s KPIs & knowledge base to the concerned department.
Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Create and update the service manual & Provide handover to operations & client relations teams after 30 days from the launching date.
Mange project to meet the budget and time frame constraints.
Responsible for all Capex and PO approvals.
Act as a focal point during the project implementation.
Keep company vision, mission, values and follow all policies and procedures.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

 

Competencies and Professional Background

Bachelor's degree.
Level of English: Excellent Level.
Knowledge in Projects launching
1 Year Minimum Experience in BPO
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent analytical skills
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Negotiation & Risk Management Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Presentation Skills.
Strong leadership skills
Planning & organizing skills
