Operations Dutch Team Leader

Main Responsibilities:

Manage CSRs and ensure that they’re meeting business requirements
Coach the agent on technical and non technical errors
Ensure that employees are adhering to the company policy
Results oriented, TL should be working on achieving the assigned performance metrics

Job Requirements:

Dutch language B2 preferred C1 
Very Good English
V. Good Coaching skills
V. Good Problem Solving.
V. Good Leadership Skills.
V. Good communications and Handling skills.
Flexibility in working rotational shifts basis.
Minimum 6 months’ experience in call center (Majorel).
Good knowledge of google sheets, docs …
Having 0-5 % ABS and 90% adherence during the previous 6 months
Achieving not less than 90% in Operation Efficiency metrics during last 3 months
Not subjected to any warnings during the last year.
