Main Responsibilities
•Manage and oversee day-to-day overall physical security operations
•Developing and implementing Physical security policies, protocols and procedures
•Conduct physical security evaluations & oversee audits for Majorel facilities and assists in the development and implementation of plans
•Identifies and prioritizes security risks based on a variety of data sources and provide best solutions
•Conducting physical security assessments to identify potential risks
•Developing and implementing physical security plans
•Supports the implementation of company programs, procedures& methods
•Identifies develops and gathers necessary resources to complete projects.
•Manage the Physical Security team's performance (KPIs, schedule, salaries, motivation, etc…) and set a proper action plan when needed & provide direction.
•Conducts and ensures the completion of performance appraisals annually.
•Review the weekly and monthly reports,
•follow-up to ensure all tasks are solved within the deadlines
•Ensures compliance to client's Security systems and processes and all supporting tools
•Oversee physical security surveys and audits works with the team to investigate daily issues and provides judgment and decision-making to identify and improve deficiencies.
•Reviews the technical design of building security systems.

•Make sure that the team keeps company values and follows all policies and procedures.
•Cooperate with the internal departments & external with the clients.
•Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
