Job summary
As Majorel Global finance team, we have launched a Group wide finance transformation Roadmap where the Technology modernization is a key pillar for our Finance landscape. Therefore, we are building a world-class financial ERP, based on SAP S/4 HANA for our Flagship countries cross the world and MS Dynamics for smallest countries. A global roadmap has been designed and broken down into regional roadmaps with the ambition to significantly reduce the number of ERP’s in use in our different locations and build a best-state Finance processes and organization.
As such, we are looking for a seasoned detail-oriented and strategically minded ERP manager to join our finance transformation team and to be part of this unique adventure. This position will play a central role by ensuring the coordination between project teams, identifying and enforcing synergies between countries as well as the global execution of the roadmaps, it will also set the foundations for a future SAP competency center within Majorel Group.
Main responsibilities
Global PMO
- Monitor large, strategic ERP projects from initiation to successful delivery in coordination with internal and external project stakeholders across multiple countries
- Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and establishes effective project communication
Process Efficiency enabler and Risk controls
- Record, track and document every aspect related to the project (Specifications, Progress Reviews, Incident Resolutions, others) that often involve business process reengineering
- Collect and Analyze end-users’ problems, identifies their source, performs troubleshooting and problem solving, and determines possible solutions
- Advertise excellence through improving the operational excellence of the department
- Identify synergies and standardization opportunities across region’s project and propose actions to accelerate the investment benefits
- Propose organizational enhancements for better efficiencies, synergies and implement robust control environment in the ERP landscape
Functional and technical expertise
- Support of the S4 Hana platform maintenance and evolution and Finance projects lead with the Core SAP solutions
- Participates in requirements analysis sessions and develops design specifications for reports and application configuration
- Define and maintain requirements of the interfaces between the ERP Landscape and the EPM (Onestream) and treasury (Kyriba) solutions
- Providing support, guidance and expertise for the local teams and establish the foundations of a future SAP Competency Center
- Be the technical and functional referent in the ERP area within Majorel Group
Competencies and professional background
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in IT and/or Finance
- Project Management Certification preferred
- 5 to 12 years of effective management of implementation projects of SAP ERP (S4 Hana is preferred)
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – French or German preferred but not required
Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)
- Strong experience in SAP project implementation & solution maintenance – preferably within consulting companies or B2B Services Sector
- Strong skills in Project Management methodologies ;
- Experience of working in a global environment / global SAP Competency Center
- Experience in a multi-currency and multi-company global environment preferred
Soft Skills:
- Must be a team player capable of interacting with all levels of employees and senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey information concisely in writing and verbally at an Executive level
