Job summary
6 months internship to support global brand, marketing, and communications initiatives for external and internal use.
Main responsibilities
- Organize and format monthly client newsletter
- Create presentations describing projects
- Assist with project management – update project briefs
- Update and organize SharePoint files for marketing community
- Assist with maintaining and updating global website
- Gather photos and other information from regions to be repurposed and organize in
- Marketing Community SharePoint and Intranet
- Assist with updating and maintaining corporate intranet and internal comms on merger and integration
- Assist with organizing internal online events – Majorel Live and Global Summit
- Assist with other ad hoc projects and campaigns
Competencies & professional background
Educational Background:
- In the process of obtaining or just graduated with (less than a year) bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing.
Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress)
- Experience with Google marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics)
- Experience with or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign)
- Proficiency in social media
- Data collection and analysis
- Project Management
- C2 Level or native English
- Not required but preferred B2 level in German and/or French
Soft Skills:
- Responsible, committed, flexible, and ability to keep proprietary information confidential
- Excellent organizational skills and service oriented
- Self-motivated
- A team player with hands-on mentality
