Assessment Center Specialist
- Orient and facilitate in-house Assessment and development centers exercises to different assessments takers
- Update company talent pool with identified potential successors
- Generate and Report all in-house Assessment /development centers results to all concerned stakeholders
- Manage internal/External Assessments logistics
- Participate in career progression planning for 1st line employees and supporting functions
- Assessment Center/HR background
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in contact center field.
- Attention to details, creativity and quality orientation
- Very good presentation skills
- MS Office & Google suite proficiency
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy of different assessments different stakeholders
- Professional communication skills
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
