Assessment Center Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Orient and facilitate in-house Assessment and development centers exercises to different assessments takers
  • Update company talent pool with identified potential successors
  • Generate and Report all in-house Assessment /development centers results to all concerned stakeholders
  • Manage internal/External Assessments logistics
  • Participate in career progression planning for 1st line employees and supporting functions

Main Requirements:

  • Assessment Center/HR background
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience in contact center field.
  • Attention to details, creativity and quality orientation
  • Very good presentation skills
  • MS Office & Google suite proficiency
  • Maintains confidentiality and privacy of different assessments different stakeholders
  • Professional communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
