Global Business Analyst

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing accurate and timely internal and client-facing reports and for continually evaluating operational and quality KPIs and processes to recognize and adequately convey trends, gaps and integrity issues.


Main responsibilites


1.Responsible for comprehensive regular analysis (Financial, Ops, Quality) and monitor KPI performance

2.Flag possible issues and advises on effective approaches to address these

3.Maintain data integrity and data accessibility

4.Support implementation data automation on all KPIs

5.Manual data upload (where required, e.g. CSAT upload)

6.SPOC for SDMs and Quality related data requests

7.Manage reporting demand and coordinate with IT if needed

8.Provide accurate invoice data

9.Responsible for preparing internal and client facing data templates and analysis findings

10.Escalate to IT in case of tools or data issues and drive escalation resolution

11.Responsible for data and report specification and documentation


Competencies & professional background

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills (including business / professional writing) in English; ability to communicate adequately on all management levels
  • Business engineering / computer sciences / IT bachelor or equivalent degree or work experience preferred; experience in call center business preferred
  • High level of IT affinity; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote)
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level expertise in Excel to (at a minimum) include experience in building Macros, pivot tables, intermediate formula writing to include data connections
  • Proficient knowledge of business intelligence technologies (SQL, SSAS, Excel Services, PowerBI, PowerPivot, Power Apps)
  • High affinity for data and numbers
  • Excellent analytical skills, alert mind, strategic and tactical thinker
  • Working in a structured and self-reliant way; strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
  • Analytical skills, analysis methods (Pareto, trend charts, correlation; variation, confidence level/sample size/precision, process capability)
